Treatment For Mental health
Your mental health has such a significant role in not only your general satisfaction in life, but in your ability to do normal living activities, and how it impacts the relationships and communities that matter most. My job as a therapist is to provide you with the safety, consistency, and security to tell your story on your terms and to help you reach the goals that we identify together.

Whether your goals are to better your mental health, improve your relationships, or you have professional or other life goals; I can help provide you with practical, everyday tools and strategies to begin taking charge of your life. Using evidence-based interventions, we’ll explore how to use your strengths and experiences in relationship to build up your self-esteem, stop people-pleasing patterns, increase your tolerance of anxiety (so it doesn’t leave you feeling paralyzed), begin setting boundaries, and carve out a space for your voice.

Our sessions will be engaging (and sometimes fun!) conversations focused on exploring your lived, embodied, and emotional experience. In our work together, you’ll learn effective communication strategies to improve your relationships and quality of living, with the ultimate goal of creating a sense of emotional maturity in any conflict or situation.

I have experience working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, neurodiversity and with those who have experienced attachment insecurity.
